Instructions for Use

Always ensure a soft, gentle pressure during use. Avoid direct contact with the skin to minimize the risk of damaging the sphere. Do not use oils on the sphere. It is recommended to use natural material between the sphere and the treated area. Move the spheres in the advised manner, keeping the fabric between the sphere and the skin at all times.
